You are very much invited to this class in my country of origin. The class will be held in English with translation into Hungarian for those who require it, as my Hungarian isn’t sufficient to hold a class 🙂Â

Q: I’m not feeling well. Is the class exhausting?
A: No! This is a very different kind of class. You can lie down during class (even sleep) whenever you like. Simply relax and see what’s possible for you.
In a part of the class (body processes and energetic sessions by Dr. Dain Heer that we will listen to) you will lie down anyway. Also, we’ll always find possibilities to make it work for you. 🙂
You’re free to exchange Access Bars or body processes witht the other participants at any time.
A: Yes! Kids as well as pets are warmly invited! They are such a great contribution, also for the class. Please get in touch with us to discuss the details.
A: Yes! Our hostess will take care of us with delicious snacks and drinks. Swet, salty, coffee, tea, coca cola and also some Hungarian treats will be available.
We will also take a longer lunch break, during which you can go to a restaurant, order food or eat something you brought.
